All products of Open Foodare produced under a thorough hygiene management system.
Open Food manages all production processes directly through its unique OSTF (Open Food Start To Finish) system,
ensuring systematic production and enabling the mass production and distribution of high-quality seaweed.
Open Food operates Plant 1, equipped with roasting and storage facilities, and Plant 2, dedicated to seaweed production.
By December 2024, a smart Plant 3 will be completed, where the entire production process can take place in one facility.
We will provide high-quality products at reasonable prices based on a systematic automation system and an all-in-one production structure.
